Hi, I’m Tim.

I’m the Personal Trainer for ambitious, high-performing individuals in London.

Through a bespoke, evidence-based system, I help my clients transform into the best version of themselves.

My Philosophy

| Strength in the body creates strength in the mind.

The way we move, feel, and carry ourselves physically has a profound influence on how we show up in every other area of life. When your body is strong, functional, and pain-free, your mindset follows with greater clarity, confidence, and capacity for success.

That’s why true fitness isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you perform, how you feel, and how you live.

My Approach

| Precision over trends. Personalisation over programs.

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all coaching because no high-performing individual thrives on a generic plan.
My approach is fully bespoke: grounded in proven, evidence-based principles and tailored precisely to you. Your body, your lifestyle, your goals.

Our goal together is to establish fitness into your life in a way that’s not only effective, but also enjoyable and sustainable because that’s how long-term results are created.

My Method

| Minimalist. Intelligent. Results-Driven.

My method is built on a foundation of smart strength training supported by mobility work, steady-state cardio and a high daily activity baseline. It's a minimalist approach focused on what actually works.

No joint crushing circuits. No unrealistic meal tracking. No unsustainable intensity.

Just clear structure, proper progression, and the fundamentals delivered with precision. This approach gives my clients the results they want without wasting time or risking burnout.

MY STORY

Growing up in Cyprus, all I did was play sports (basketball & football mainly) which is probably why I was always on the underweight side (the photo on the left is actually me AFTER training consistently for about 6 months).

I started going to the gym the year before attending university (17 years old) with the goal of building muscle and strength. Although my progress wasn’t great, I was fascinated with it. I became really interested in fitness, I wanted to learn more and I wanted my career to be about it.

At that point, I had already accepted an offer to study a general science course at the University of Hertfordshire (aside from sports, biology was the only thing I was interested in at school).

Luckily I came across a course called Sports Science at Brunel University London. A course about the science behind exercising and sports. I managed to secure a place just a few weeks before it started and that’s how I got started on my journey…
